About Darts 501

Darts 501 is a match against a computer player on a full scoring board. You both start on 501 and take turns throwing three darts. Your aim marker drifts gently, so you line it up on the bed you want and release at the right moment. Singles, doubles, trebles, the 25 and the bull all score exactly as they should.

To win a leg you must land on zero with a double or the bull. Go below zero, leave yourself on one, or hit zero without a double and the whole visit is a bust. Each leg you win brings a sharper opponent, and the game ends when the computer checks out first. The panel shows your average and any finish you have left.

How to play

  • Move the marker with the mouse, a finger or the arrow keys.
  • Click, lift your finger or press Space to throw as the wobble lines up.
  • Under 41 and even? Aim for the double shown on the panel.
